Over the course of her multiple lives in Mammon, Illythia has reverted (for the most part) back into the Agathodaimon subspecies, but she at one point in time, she was part of each of the following:
Agathodaimon: These Daemons are some of the most advanced of their species. They hold a vast knowledge of their power within nature, and have mastered the transition from one plane to another. Agathodaimons are the most optimistic of the group, and are often in a rather cheery mood; though it may be hard to tell sometimes, as they are often creatures of few words. Despite their stoic nature, when angered, they can become quite ferocious beasts. Since these beings are derived from nature itself, moving across vast distances of land comes easily to them, and the often times will wonder off to sate the urge to roam. Once a daemon reaches this status, they are eligible to become a Daemon elder, but must also watch carefully for the end of their centuries old soul. Upon reaching a certain age and status, a Daemons benefit to the planet (and the Gods) dwindle. When they can no longer encourage the plants to grow, and hold no secrets of the Earth from the Gods, the soul is recycled, making way for a knew elder, and placing a newborn on the Earth.
Next is a sub-species that had been split up within itself during the cleansing. These Daemons are called the Kakodaimons and Eudaemons. They are two sides of the same coin, one being optimistic, and the other an elitist pessimist.
Kakodaimon: These ghostly shells are the darker half of what forms in every Daemon after a great betrayal. It takes an Elder knowledgeable in the art of intercision to tear this cancer from the remainder of the Agatho. Even though the soul has been torn in half, they are able to remain alive, so long as their other half bears a pendant that is identical to one the Kako wears. These sub par daemons are malicious and deadly; everything a Daemon is mean to protect the Earth from. The longer these daemons stay away from their 'sibling' of sorts, the ground beneath them will rot and die away, leaving a tell tale trail of their adventures. Being of the same soul as their Eudaemon counterpart, they cannot help but to love them; however that does not hold true for their beliefs. Kakodaimons have allied theirselves with all things unholy, and have given their faith to Hades, and his plot to destroy the Gods. Because these daemon blame their grim fate on Zeus, they were more than willing to sacrifice the others who still blindly follow his command--including their counterpart if necessary.
Eudaemon: These creatures are the better half of the Kakodaimons. They are normally lighter in color, but bare a slight resemblance to the Kakos. While they usually are not as loyal to the Gods as the Agathodaimons, ......WIP cause Im too lazy to write it all at once >.>
